Job Summary
The primary goal of the WebXpress Projects team is to deploy, optimise, and manage WebXpress software solutions for customers. This includes the following tasks:- Manage entire project life cycle from Project planning to Deployment to User testing to Training
- Conduct initial product scoping (and customisation) exercise and coordinate with the Pre-sales and Product teams to ensure develop and deployment are done well within deadlines
- Take ownership of new projects for existing customers
- Support existing customers for issues faced
Performance Expectations
- Get WebXpress solutions deployed in defined timelines
- Minimise iterations during and after the solution deployment cycle
- Maximise customer satisfaction with least possible response time
- Get customer to accept the system and show benefits and ROI
- Quick response to customer issues and changes
Plus Points Considered- Prior experience in Software Project Management

As a WebXpress Business Analyst your role will be to conceptualise, create, and maintain performance measurement matrices and translate them into interactive reports. Exact work involves the following:- Create ready-to-deploy dashboards
- Liaise with customers; understand their needs; translate them into measurable matrices
- Constantly assess data accuracy for existing and new reports
- Work on new ideas for reports
Expected Capabilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to extract often non-verbose customer expectations and requirements
- Acceptable level of ability to visualise data relations
- Experience of using BI tools (QlkView, PowerBI, etc.)
- A proper understanding of different charts and graphs
- Understanding of databases
Plus Points Considered- Specialised qualification in the field of BI
- Relevant work experience in the field of BI
- Knowledge of SQL
